The Foundation for the Development of Agusanons, Inc. (FDAI) is glad to announce that the latest Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) re-evaluation visit resulted to a 5-year accreditation.
PCNC exists to improve the effectiveness of Philippine Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) so that they become increasingly accountable, credible, and capable in providing services to those in need and to be instrumental in creating a culture of giving. Sought by donors, recognized by government, and treasured by its members, PCNC certification ensures an NGO’s service excellence and accountability.
FDAI is a Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC)-Certified organization since 2006, with its current accreditation effective until December 2023. PCNC accreditation is granted after impartial scrutiny and verification of FDAIโs governance, management, and accountability vis-a-vis set standards. As PCNC-Certified, FDAI has been granted DONEE STATUS by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which means that donations to FDAI are free of donorโs tax and are tax-deductible.
