We are delighted to introduce the Nutrition Enhancement Hapag-Asa Project, an initiative spearheaded by Foundation for the Development of Agusanons, Inc. (FDAI), made possible through the generous support of the ASSISI Foundation. This transformative project is poised to combat malnourishment head-on by providing targeted nutritional interventions to the most vulnerable members of our community primarily in the selected barangays of San Francisco Agusan del Sur (Barangay Ebro, Barangay Buenasuerte and Barangay Caimpugan) and Talacogon Agusan del Sur (Barangay La Flora, Barangay Maharlika and Barangay Sabang Gibong).

Partnership with ASSISI Foundation: We extend our deepest gratitude to the ASSISI Foundation for their visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to social impact. Through their generous funding, we are able to expand the reach and scope of our nutrition enhancement initiatives, empowering more children and families to thrive despite the challenges they faced.

Key Components of the Hapag-Asa Project:

1. Enhanced Nutritional Support

-At the heart of the Hapag-Asa Project lies a comprehensive approach to enhancing nutritional support for at-risk populations, particularly children and pregnant women. Through the provision of fortified food supplements, micronutrient-rich meals, and specialized feeding programs, we aim to address nutritional deficiencies and promote optimal growth and development during critical stages of life.

2. Community-Based Feeding Centers

-As part of the project, we are establishing community-based feeding centers, or “Hapag-Asa” tables, where beneficiaries can access nutritious meals and receive essential health services in a supportive and empowering environment. These centers serve as hubs for community engagement, education, and outreach, fostering a sense of belonging and collective responsibility among participants.

3. Monitoring and Evaluation

-We are committed to ensuring accountability and transparency in our programming. Rigorous monitoring and evaluation mechanisms are in place to track the progress and impact of the Hapag-Asa Project, enabling us to measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource allocation for maximum effectiveness. Through continuous learning and adaptation, we strive to achieve lasting impact and sustainable change.

Join Us in the Fight Against Malnutrition:
