The Board of Trustees and Core Staff of the Foundation for the Development of Agusanons, Inc. gather in Davao City to craft the organizationโ€™s 5-Year Strategic Plan (2020-2024). Inspired by its desire TO DO MORE and TO BE MORE in the promotion of Full Humanity Development in the whole of Mindanao, FDAI embarks in the all-important Strategic Planning from 10thย โ€“ 13thย of March 2020 at Home Crest Hotel, Ecoland, Davao City.

Facilitated by Ms. Christine H. Ampon, Executive Director of SIKAP, Inc.; the activity allows FDAI to firm up its plan to be involved in the implementation of programs and projects in the following areas

  1. Holistic Health Management
  2. Globally-Competitive, Locally-Responsive Schools
  3. Ecological Integrity and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
  4. Socially and Ecologically-Responsible and Economically Profitable Agriculture
  5. Empowerment of Women, Children, Elderlies, and PWDs
  6. Re-Awakening, Valuing, and Protection of Indigenous Culture
  7. Empowerment of Civil Society Organizations
  8. Enhanced Linkages with Local Government Units and National Government Agencies

Understandably, the men and women of FDAI feel the enormity of their future tasks. But their utmost desire to implement more programs, projects, and activities to benefit more needy peoples prevails. Guided with its new Strategic Plan, FDAI expects to be more visible in many parts of the country in the near future.
