To reinforce its commitment to service excellence and organizational growth, the Foundation for the Development of Agusanons, Inc. (FDAI) successfully conducted a Capacity Building and Team Building Activity for its frontline personnel.

The activity featured capacity-building sessions on improving catering services and operations  of eatery and specialty store. The sessions focused on equipping participants with enhanced knowledge and practical skills in service quality, customer satisfaction, food safety and hygiene, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
