The Foundation for the Development of Agusanons, Inc. (FDAI) warmly welcomes five (5) Social Work interns from Caraga State University (CSU) who will be completing their Field Instruction I (Casework) with the organization. This internship marks an important phase in the studentsโ academic and professional journey as they engage in direct social work practice within the community.
An online orientation and trialogue were conducted with the participation of the School Field Instructor, Mr. Michael Acuzar, RSW, from the CSU Social Work Department; FDAIโs Social Worker, Clarice Osico, RSW; and the Social Work interns. The discussion focused on the policies and guidelines of the Social Work Department in the field, including expectations on professional conduct, ethical practice, field requirements, and the grading system for Field Instruction. This virtual platform also allowed for an open exchange of expectations and clarifications to ensure a smooth and meaningful field placement.
This collaborative effort reflects the shared commitment of FDAI and CSU in developing competent, ethical, and socially responsive future social workers. Through guided field exposure and structured learning, the partnership continues to strengthen its mission of helping people in need while advancing holistic and full humanity development in the communities served.
