The Foundation for the Development of Agusanons Inc. (FDAI) conducts a 3-Day Training Workshops on Special Laws for the Protection of Women and Children and SHG Strengthening Modules & Tools. Participated in by women-leaders from FDAI’s Self-Help Approach – Children-Focused Community Development (SHA-CFCD) project areas; the Training-Workshops are held at Hygeia IntegraMeds Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan Del Sur. In several activities that FDAI conducted in pursuance of the objectives of a project funded by Kindernothilfe Germany/Philippines since 2012, it is the first time that representatives from the Municipality of Esperanza participate and mingle with women-leaders from the Municipalities of San Francisco, Talocogon, and La Paz. The last three municipalities mentioned have been the SHA-CFCD project sites while the Municipality of Esperanza is identified as an extension area since late last year.

Also, it is for the first time that three (3) FDAI college scholars who graduated last June from Pamulaan Center for Indigenous Peoples Education joined the usual facilitators in ensuring the success of the activity.
